In October, over 50 graduates from around Australia attended our annual Graduate Development Forum.
The event was held over two days at Optus Stadium with this year's theme being Discover. Inspire. Engage. A winning formula.
The forum consisted of team building activities, networking opportunities and interactive workshops such as 'Thinking on your Feet' facilitated by our Learning and Development team. There were also presentations from many of our senior leaders including Managing Director Rob Velletri, Executive General Manager M&IS Zoran Bebic, Executive General Manager EC Dino Foti and Head of Projects EC Adam Cook.
Once the sun had set on Thursday evening, the Board and senior leaders joined the graduate cohort for a special dinner to network and acknowledge those who have completed their programs over the last twelve months.
The forum concluded with a sundowner where current graduates were joined by the next intake of vacation students and graduates to share their experiences, advice, and what they can look forward to during their time at Monadelphous.
