Very generous.

No initial bonuses for graduates but high pay compared to other graduate roles

Very good salary for a graduate. I get overtime when I work it which is great. In my team, there is also weekend work available which pays well.

Pay is fair and overtime is available for any work completed outside of normal hours. Pay is increased with each financial year and on the anniversary of your start.

The pay is very good for an entry level graduate position with good growth.

Pay is very high for a graduate level role and pay rises are great! (Not performance based due to enterprise agreement. I think this removes a lot of pressure as a graduate)

Decent pay for a graduate role.

Pay is competitive. Not too aware of the structure as you progress to higher levels and roles of responsibility. Potentially middle tier is underpaid as a base salary. No bonus for regular employees.

Decent pay, higher end of market average. Room to progress to very good pay.

I am happy with the pay I receive for the level I am at.
