Out of the 6 key employee network groups and areas of employee uplift, our culturally and linguistically diverse community at Western Power is surpassing all WA goals and aspirations.

With representation from 96 countries globally, Western Power celebrates the rich and diverse employee dimensions across its south west region. The Public Sector Commission, WA has set a target of 15.5% by 2025.

At Western Power, we are close to 48% representation from the CALD community. Our employee network group, MOSAIC, is a microcosm of that rich and varied diversity.

Since the creation of a stand-alone Diversity and inclusion function at Western Power, we have been able to design and develop activities, programs, events and celebrations that recognise and embrace all facets of diversity.
